Joy of Dance / Motion
This Beginner / Intermediate movement class emphasizes Modern Dance concepts and technique.
The 90-minute class explores movement vocabulary to help the dancer increase their strength, control, good posture, rhythmic awareness and a fuller range of motion.
We approach all movements with the potential to express an emotion, a line through space, different dynamics and most importantly, the mind-body connection for daily living.

WERK-IT Workout Interactive (WIWI)
A 30 minute fun and basic Zoom workout class for the beginner fitness enthusiast. This class is an achievable feast of movements to either start or finish your day!
This class is open to everyone in your household for only $5. It is based on our pre-recorded Freebies workouts found on our website www.6hairylegs.com/werk-it-workouts.
WERK-IT Workout (WIWI) offers a blend of fitness and dance for people while working out with their dogs in attendance.
Through our guided fitness training, a person can achieve strength, flexibility, endurance and the joy of fitness and movement.
WIWI includes a Warm-Up, an achievable Exercise / Cardio, a CoolDown dance and a few surprises, all set to uplifting music.
To get the most out of anything we do in life, it is best to do it with better alignment, a mindful approach to tasks, celebrate your uniqueness and find your creative purpose in everything.
By combining artful fitness, intentional movements and the pursuit of an overall wellness lifestyle, a person can capture the fountain of youth for any "body" at any age.
