A 45 minute fun and basic live online workout class for all skill levels. Through our guided fitness training, you will have fun while achieving strength, flexibility, endurance and the joy of motion.
The WERK-IT class includes stretching, gentle movement warmups, strength Exercise ,low impact Cardio, a CoolDown dance and a few surprises, all set to uplifting music.
