Individual and Semi-private Coaching sessions, taught by master teacher, Sabatino Verlezza. He brings over 40 years of expertise as a Dancer, Choreographer, and Certified Pilates Instructor (CPI). His method of physical training is designed to achieve maximum and positive results for each unique student. By blending the appropriate set of movement patterns with correct alignment and reachable goals, the student can have a better opportunity to realize their body’s extraordinary potential.
This method, created by Sabatino is derived from decades of work in professional dance and the pursuit of wellness for the human body, mind and spirit. His expertise working with diverse populations has allowed his students to successfully return to work, the stage, athletic field and more importantly, the enjoyment of everyday life.

Relaxation and Meditation Individual Coaching sessions are lead by Suzanne Kalafian. She specializes in Relaxation in Motion, Deep breathing, Guided Imagery, and Progressive Muscle Relaxation .
Suzanne's philosophy is to relax and be ready for life. The daily stress we feel is normal, finding ways to to recognize it and move through it is the goal of relaxation therapy. We have to acknowledge our feelings and thoughts and accept where we are. Finding ways to support feelings of wellbeing, confidence, acceptance and forgiveness will allow you to relieve stress in a more profound way.
Physical and emotional stress can be debilitating, by incorporating daily relaxation therapies into your life, you will train your mind and body to process the stress and help you feel energized and ready to move forward with confidence.
